The café and food-to-go market has boomed over the last decade and now represents a $17 billion annual spend. It is an exciting sector with increasing sophistication and competition. 

Café School is a popular stage with free demonstrations running every hour. Free workshops help cafes and takeaways expand their menu and boost their bottom line. You can hear the speakers, learn about new trends and taste new products. There will be great 'goodie bags' for each session, thanks to sponsors MilkLab, Mission Foods, Fina Foods and Angel Bay & Priestley's Gourmet Delights.

Entry is free for the first 50 guests to each session. There is no booking required. Just come along to the show and take a seat 5-10 minutes before each workshop.
