The café and food-to-go market has boomed over the last decade and now represents a $17 billion annual spend. It is an exciting sector with increasing sophistication and competition.

Each year the popular Café School runs at the show with free seminars and competitions. There are also great prizes thanks to sponsors Freedom Foods, Parmalat and Mission Foods.

These free workshops help cafes and takeaways expand their menu and boost their bottom line. You can hear the speakers and literally try out the new products.

Entry is free for the first 50 guests to each session. There is no booking required. Just come along to the show and take a seat 5-10 minutes before each workshop.
