Chef of the Year announces prestigious new partnership

Australia’s hottest chef competition, Chef of the Year 2019, has joined forces with Anchor™ Food Professionals.

The foodservice business of Fonterra, Anchor™ Food Professionals will supply its world-class dairy products to chefs competing in this year’s Chef of the Year competition at Foodservice Australia 23-25 June at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Director of Anchor™ Food Professionals Jeff Dhu said that the business is delighted to be involved with this year’s competition. He says, “we appreciate the art, craft and passion of professional chefs as well as the commercial reality of running a food business”.

“This event will allow us to celebrate talent and show how the right products can help generate innovation and efficiency in the kitchen.”

As Tim Collett, Foodservice Australia’s Exhibition Director explains, “Chef of the Year is open to any professional chef working in Australia, however it tends to attract chefs in senior positions such as Executive, Head or Sous Chefs”.
