Foodservice Australia is the event where food and hospitality professionals come to see the latest food, drink and equipment. There is simply no better place to discover new ideas, new techniques, new products and new suppliers.
This year the show will be bigger and better than ever before. The new Restaurant & Bar Theatre will offer daily seminars on how to improve your business. Over at Cafe School you can see how to build a better sandwich and pour the perfect coffee.
Want to see some inspiring chefs in action? The Unilever Food Solutions Chef of the Year competition will run right in the middle of the show. Our best professional chefs will be given one hour and a mystery box of ingredients to prepare their best dishes.
Plus of course there will be hundreds of suppliers hungry for your business. They range from small regional producers through to the biggest. This is the only show focused on the foodservice market, which means every exhibitor is relevant and ready to do business.
