Savour Patissier of the Year

A Competition for Patisserie Professionals

Savour Patissier of the Year is an exciting competition that brings together Australia's best pastry chefs to compete for the title of Savour Patissier of the Year and incredible prizes including $10,000 cash. In 2017 the competition will run at the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne from 28-30 May.

International judges will include:

Christophe Michalak - TV star, author and Pastry World Cup winner. Owns three patisseries in Paris and has 175,000 followers on Instagram

Antonio Bachour - Author and owner of Bachour's Bakery & Bistro in Miami. Holds masterclasses around the world and has 317,000 followers on social media 

Jordi Roca - Named 'Pastry Chef of the Year' and his restaurant El Celler de Can Roca has been named 'Best Restaurant in the World' twice. Has 101,000 followers on Instagram
