This year will see a new chocolate competition running at the Foodservice show.
Five finalists will compete live at the show to create the ultimate table decoration with an Origami theme. And to make this a real test of skill under pressure the competitors will have to create their sculptures from molten chocolate.
Competitors will have nine hours to form the pieces and construct their masterpiece in front of the judges and a live audience. First prize is an overseas trip to train at one of the Callebaut chocolate acadamies. The winner will be announced at 4.30pm.
