This year will see the Australian qualifiers for the World Chocolate Masters running at the Foodservice show. Five finalists will compete live at the show to create the ultimate chocolate sculpture following the theme "Inspiration from Nature".
Competitors will have nine hours to form the pieces and construct their masterpiece in front of the judges and a live audience. The winner will be announced at 4.30pm. Presented by Callebaut, Cacao Barry, F Mayer Imports and Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School.
