Apprentice Chef of the Year 2012

This year you can watch as the top apprentices from William Angliss Institute compete for the title of Apprentice Chef of the Year 2012.

They will each have one hour to create three appetisers which will be judged by a panel of high profile chefs.

Competition and rivalry will be intense as they compete to see who will walk off with the coveted title and $5,000 cash.

The judging criteria is the same as the senior competition, except the apprentices will be told in advance the main proteins.

The finals will take place on Tuesday 29 May 2012 in the Chef Theatre at Foodservice Australia. Come along and watch the stars of the future!

This industry event is proudly presented Luus Commercial Cooking Equipment and William Angliss Institute. It is supported by Meat & Livestock Australia, Independent Fisheries and Simon George & Sons.
