The central focus of this competition is to be the next step in the evolution of baking competitions conducted on a state or regional level. This will give bakers and bakeries the opportunity to demonstrate the qulity of their baked product with those from around Australia.
The aim is to continue to lift the standard of bread produced in Australia and raise the overall awareness of its quality in the eyes of the world.
The end results will also be a fantastic marketing tool for bakeries to acheieve success in the competition to utilise in selling their product in their marketplace.
