The Australian Artisan Baking Cup will be conducted during the expo with the competition featuring LIVE BAKING on the floor at the Expo.
La Coupe Down Under should reflect the strong solidarity which exists between bakers the world over and unite them in a single cause: the quality of Artisan Baking.
Twelve individual candidates will have 10 hours production time t acheive a pre-determined program base on the La Coupe Down Under regulations, namely, Style Laminated Pastries and Sweet Yeast goods.
As an international product, Viennese laminated pastry and Sweet Yeast Goods allows participants to express themselves along criteria of quality, esthetical value and professional practice as well as variety of word renowned products.
