World Chocolate Masters
The premier event for bakers and patissiers
The World Chocolate Masters is the premier culinary competition devoted solely to the art of chocolate.
Every two years the very best bakers, patissiers and chocolatiers meet in Paris in front of huge crowds to compete for the title of World Chocolate Master and share in over $100,000 in prizes. The next final will be in 2013.
In order to reach Paris the finalists must be selected to represent their country. For the first time the Australian finals will be held at Foodservice 2012. This means visitors can enjoy all the action and emotion as our best artists compete against each other and the clock.
