Pizza Challenge
The Global Pizza Challenge will see the best pizza makers from around the world competing for the title of global champion and prizes.
Visitors to Foodservice Australia can watch as these talented artists prepare traditional and gourmet pizzas using their own combination of ingredients and techniques.
The Australian Finals will run on Monday 28 May and the Global Finals on Tuesday 29 May.
You can watch all the fun live on the show floor. Winners will be announced at the end of the day.
As a bonus there will be expert commentary and demonstrations between the sessions. What a great way to discover new ideas for your own kitchen or pizza outlet!
