Bocuse d'Or

Australian selection series to run at Foodservice Australia show

The Bocuse d'Or is regarded as the greatest cooking competition in the world. It runs every second year at Lyon in France with competitors from around the world. But to get there they need to be selected at country and regional level.

This year for the very first time the Australian selections for the Bocuse d'Or will take place at Foodservice Australia. You can come along on Tuesday 30 May and watch the top four candidates compete in a gruelling six hour test of skill and stamina.

We suggest you come at 10am and watch the final two hours. Simply register for the show and come to the live kitchens under the dome.

NEW! Bocuse d'Or and Atlantic Group present 'The Road to Lyon' dinner.
