Bocuse d'Or

Australian selection series to run at Foodservice Australia show

 

The Bocuse d'Or is regarded as the greatest cooking competition in the world. It runs every second year at Lyon in France with competitors from around the world. But to get there they need to be selected at country and regional level.

This year for the very first time the Australian selections for the Bocuse d'Or took place at Foodservice Australia. Visitors were able to watch the top four candidates compete in a gruelling six hour test of skill and stamina.

 

NEW! Bocuse d'Or and Atlantic Group present 'The Road to Lyon' dinner.

To generate exposure and support for the challenge we held a special chef's dinner on Monday 29 May at Peninsula. It featured six of Melbourne’s greatest chefs cooking their specialty dish. All money raised will go to the Australian Bocuse d’Or Team on their 'Road to Lyon'.

Cost:      $250 each or $2000 for a table of 10
