ACF Restaurant Challenge

The ACF Restaurant Challege is an exciting three-day event which will see International and Australian teams compete to be the best in Australia.

Organised by the Australian Culinary Federation and held alongside Foodservice Australia, the competition will give nine teams the chance to show their skills at the three pop-up restaurants on the show floor. Each team will be tasked with preparing a two-course meal for 50 guests and judges, who will score on technique, efficiency, presentation and of course... taste! The winners will receive medals, prizes and recognition across the industry.

Each team comprises a Team Manager and 3 Chefs. Teams will be given $1500 to assist with travel expenses and $400 for food costs.
