ACF Restaurant Challenge

In 2018 there will be a new cooking competition running at Foodservice Australia.

The ACF Restaurant Challenge will see nine teams hit the kitchens and prepare gourmet meals for their own 24 seat restaurant on the show floor.

There will be teams from each state of Australia as well as New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. That means we will be seeing our best chefs working together under pressure. Visitors to the show will be able to watch all the action and see the end results. You can also book a seat and literally taste the results.

This event is proudly presented by the Australian Culinary Federation. It will run alongside the existing Chef of the Year competition. One event is about restaurant teams cooking for service, while the other is an individual competition.
